In Year Admission Application Form
At St. James’ Primary School we are committed to ensuring that we admit pupils through a carefully organised process making sure that pupils settle happily and make a good start.If you have any queries regarding Admissions, please get in touch by phone, 020 7237 3111. We would be happy to show you around our wonderful school (by appointment only).
In-year admissions will follow the normal admissions criteria and school policy. If there are no spaces available at the time of your application, your child’s name can be added to a waiting list for the relevant year group. When a space becomes available it will be filled by one of the pupils on the waiting list in accordance with the oversubscription criteria listed in the policy. Priority will not be given to children on the basis that they have been on the waiting list the longest. We will notify you of the outcome of your application within 15 school days, and if required, add you to the waiting list.

If you are applying for a place under the church criteria you must complete our In-Year Supplementary form, attached below, and return to the school once completed and signed by your minister.
You should ensure that you have a copy of the Admission Policy (see below) prior to completing the form.
