It's been another busy week during which children have continued to impress with their zest for learning! Our attention has been focused around Science. Y1, 2 & 3 attended Hampstead Heath for their Geography field trips; the London PE Network has delivered Y6 girls’ PE sessions and children in Y4-6 have taken part in Flag Football sessions.

In Collective Worship we are continuing to look at our termly theme of The Sermon on the Mount; this week we’ve thought about the Salt & Light, thinking of how we can be guiding lights to all around us.

Following my email and attachment to all our school community, we are excited to be welcoming our SIAMS inspector into St. James’ on Monday to see how our Christian Vision enables everyone to thrive in our school. If you see her at the school gates, do feel free to give your view on this aspect of school life and our community.

internetmatters.org have partnered with Tesco to develop digital toolkits to help families set controls and privacy settings on new and old devices that they use, along with plenty of advice on how to deal with online risks. They've included tips on how to make the most of a digital world, based on what children like to do.

Everyone can have a difficult moment from time to time. Being constantly online can make students feel like there's not enough time to gather their thoughts.
