Own clothes to keep cool at school
As the exceptionally hot weather continues, please let your child wear their own clothes to school on Wednesday and Thursday to help keep them cool.
Sunhats, water bottles and sun cream applied
at home are advisable every day.
On Friday, PE kit is to be worn for Sports Day at Southwark Park Athletics Track. The children will have regular hydration breaks between activities on Friday and can rest in the shaded areas.
Reception, Years 1 and 2 Sports - 10am-12noon
Years 3 - 6 Sports - 12:30pm-3pm

KS2 children will be able to be collected from the event – class teachers will need to see you before you take them so do be patient. If children are returning to school they may be a few minutes delayed due to our 15:15 finish time at Alexis St.
