Latest Newsletter - Friday 16th January 2026

This has been a busy and productive week as we settle into the Spring term – children across both key stages have been enthused and involved with Science and shown terrific zest with their learning. Y1 girls have begun their ‘Empower Her’ Monday PE sessions, Y5 Ofili have begun their swimming lessons, Y3 have attended a trip to Mudchute Farm as part of their topic learning and violin, performing arts and PE lessons all continue to go really well too.

Our Collective Worship theme of ‘Communication’ has continued, looking at people this week from the New Testament with Jesus’s Baptism and Paul and how God communicated with them.

Attached below is our full newsletter for this week, an updated diary dates sheet together with flyers on Shout Out Theatre and information on the Young Voices event at the O2 on 20th January.

Wishing you and our whole community a great weekend

God bless, from the St. James’ team.
