Latest Newsletter for Friday 19th September 2025

A busy and productive week for all at St. James’! Children are demonstrating lots of curiosity and zest and producing some super pieces of work. Cezanne class, Years 1, 4 & 5 all attended their Geography field trips to Hampstead Heath – again, dates for our postponed trips from last week will be advertised when we receive these.

We’re busy booking future trips and events all the time – as usual, do keep checking our full newsletters for full information as well as the ‘dates for your diaries’ sheet, both attached below and updated weekly. This week we also attach information on the Southwark Run Kids, Run event on the 5th October and the upcoming Harvest Festival collection on the 6th October.

In our Collective Worship this week, we’ve been discussing ‘self-control’ as part of our focus upon different character traits this half term – next week, the importance of ‘grit’ and resilience.

Wishing you, along with our whole community, a lovely weekend
God bless,  from the St. James’ team.
