Latest Newsletter - Friday 23rd January 2026

We have enjoyed another busy week at St James' – children have continued to be enthused with their Science learning; Y1 girls have continued their ‘Empower Her’ PE sessions; Y5 Ofili continue swimming lessons; Monday clubs have begun and the main highlight was Y5 & 6 attending the O2 ‘Young Voices’ concert, where they were part of a choir of 8,000 children! The children performed brilliantly and represented St. James’ wonderfully on the day. Many thanks to the parents who joined us! Do check our Instagram account for some snaps and videos.

Our Collective Worship theme is ‘Communication’, looking at and thinking about prayer as a way of communicating with God.

Please see our full newsletter below together with our diary dates sheet, a flyer for Y1 cake and tombola event and information regarding interactive music classes.

Wishing you and our whole community a super weekend.

God bless, from the St. James’ team.
