Medical Needs in School

We will keep on record any important information regarding your child's medical needs that may be vital for us to know whilst your child is in school. We will treat this information in the same way as any other personal data, ie adhering to UK-GDPR guidelines regarding personal information; sharing only on a 'need-to-know' basis so that we can respond to any medical incidents in school.

We appreciate you taking the time to fill in these forms if they apply to your child. Click on the forms signposted to the right and complete; do not hesitate to contact the school office if you have any concerns you wish to discuss regarding your child's health and well-being.
