With schools closed, Parent Gym are developing a brand-new set of short online modules, offering quick, practical techniques to help create a happier family during these tricky times. The e-workouts are FREE and fun and take only a few minutes to do on your phone, tablet or laptop – perfect for when you are making a cup of tea. The first module - Keep Talking, looks at ways to get our families communicating.

Love and Harmony focuses on the importance of nurturing our family relationships during this time at home, offering top tips for maintaining family balance when tensions may be raised.

Worry Watch - Helping our children to communicate and navigate their worries helps them to feel supported and secure.

Easy to watch on your phone, tablet or laptop the eWorkouts take around ten minutes each – perfect for a quick tea break. The eWorkouts are all ‘self-contained’ and can be done in any order.
Much of the power of the Parent Gym programme is in bringing parents together over time, sharing experiences and learning from each other. While these modules are not a replacement for face-to-face programmes, we very much hope that they can provide some practical support to your parents while schools are closed.
