Confirmed Measle Cases - What you need to know

Following the information sent home last week from Public Health England regarding immunisation against measles, we now have a further update from PHE. This is because we have four confirmed and one probable case of measles at the school.

Please read the attached letter giving all the information you need concerning this. If you think that your child may have measles, please contact your doctor. Please phone ahead so you don’t pass the illness to other people in the waiting room. Children with suspected measles remain infectious for about four days after onset  of the rash and should be kept away from school until after this time.
