SchoolsBuddy at St James'

St James' uses SchoolsBuddy as an online booking site for a range of functions:

Firstly you must register with SchoolsBuddy, replying to the email that has been generated by us. If you cannot find your email from SchoolsBuddy, please contact the office who can generate a repeat for you. Then download the SchoolsBuddy app to your device. You can logon through your browser but the app is the preferred and easier one to manage your bookings.

Booking places on After School Clubs
After school clubs generally start a couple of weeks into term and the date and club names are published in the school weekly newsletter. A range of clubs are available but only the ones applicable to your child will show when you logon to SchoolsBuddy. The clubs are free but the bookings are for the entire year, you cannot swap and change clubs from week to week. Tick the club your child wishes to attend and all the sessions will be booked as one.

Booking sessions for Parent Teacher Evening
Dates for Parent consultations are listed in plenty of time and the dates announced in the newsletter. Once you logon to the SchoolsBuddy app with your registration details, you will only see the sessions available for your child's teacher. Reception have two teachers available to them - please choose one teacher and book one session only or there won't be enough for everyone.

Choose your time slot, you will see it displayed as 'Reserved only' in red.
Press 'Check' to confirm your choice.
Click the box to agree terms and conditions and then OK (in green).
Your booking is then confirmed.
You may go back into the app at any time up until 2pm on the day of the meeting and cancel a session and choose another, subject to availability of course, but you can only have one session booked at any one time. Booking & payment of Year 6 Residential Trip
Details on how to pay for this trip, which takes place in the summer each year, can be found on the dedicated page linked here. The cost is divided into a deposit and equal monthly instalments, starting at the beginning of the academic year.
